Booking policy
By scheduling an appointment at Salon Root, you are agreeing to our Terms of Service including our Reschedule/Cancellations Policy and Right to Refuse Service Policy, Refund Policy, and Payment Policy.
Payment policy
Payment is due upon completion of service or at the terms of a service package, specifically our Hair Recovery Services. We accept Cash, and Credit/Debit card.
We offer payment plans for our Hair Recovery Services. This is due monthly on an agreed upon date each month for a 6 month duration. Packages are agreed to and purchased in 6 month increments. Your package does not automatically roll over. More information is provided in your package documents.
Reschedule / cancellation policy
We require a 24 hour notice for appointment changes or cancellations. While we understand and are sensitive to emergent situations, we reserve the right to enforce this policy as needed.
You may be required to pay a non refundable retainer fee to schedule any future appointments equal to 20% of the scheduled service. This fee will be applied to your appointment. If you do not show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours, your fee will be forfeited and you will be required to pay another non refundable retainer fee to schedule any other future appointments.
If you no call, no show any appointment at any time and do not respond to communication within 24 hours, you will no longer be allowed to make appointments at Salon Root.
Refund policy
If you are unhappy with your service, we encourage you to communicate with us so we can make the necessary adjustments. We require communication regarding adjustments to your completed service be made no later than 7 days after the service. Adjustments to your service will be made by the original stylist. You may request adjustments be made by a different stylist but you will be charged for that service per that stylist's rates. Otherwise, we do not provide refunds.
Right to refuse service
Please be advised that we have the right to refuse service to anyone in situations that pose a health or safety risk to our staff and clients. This includes, but is not limited to, instances of lice, open wounds, contagious illnesses, skin infections, and aggressive behavior.
